A fiscal natural gas metering skid for ADNOC and AD Ports Group in Abu Dhabi needed its PLC, SCADA and flow computer integration. We executed it with Nirmal Industrial Controls, the skid partner.
Emerson FloBoss S600+ flow computers calculate flow to AGA, ISO, GPA and GERG; the GE PLC handles skid logic and valves; Cimplicity shows meter runs and totals. Panels built in Mumbai to our specification.
Emerson FloBoss S600+ flow computers calculate flow to AGA, ISO, GPA and GERG standards with tamper-resistant totals. The GE PLC handles skid logic and valves. The flow computer owns the measurement and the PLC owns the valves.
GE Cimplicity shows the meter runs and totals, on the SCADA workstation and on the panel HMI.
Panels were built in Mumbai to our specification and shipped with the GE PLC racks and Emerson S600+ flow computers already mounted and tested.
